‘Candle in the wind’ cast (Christabel Ekeh, Salma Mumuni and Jackie Appiah) stuns at premiere
The premiere of upcoming Ghanaian movie ‘Candle in the Wind’ took place at the Silverbird cinemas, Westhill’s Mall and Accra Mall, yesterday evening. With the camp of Venus Films as yet grieving the passing of their producer, Abdul Sallam Mumuni’s Son, the vast majority of the cast and team were seen in dark to concede the circumstance.
Of course, however, Abdul Sallam Mumuni was not present on the night because of the circumstance, yet that didn’t prevent the audience from coming to see the eagerly awaited film ‘Candle in the Wind’.
The film ‘Candle in the Wind’ directed by Pascal Amanfo got three nominations at the just ended Ghana Movie Awards 2015 which was held at the Accra International Conference Center in the end of December, however missed out in all categories because of the still rivalry in their individual classifications.
Some of the stars that trooped to the Silverbird films, Weija were Jackie Appiah, Christabel Ekeh, Salma Mumin, Kafui Danku, Jose Tolbert, Pascal Amanfo, Kobi Rana, Umarr Krupp, Sammy Bravo, and so forth.
The movie cast, James Gardiner, Timothy Bentum, Michel Hammond, Jackie Appiah, Christabel Ekeh, Helen Asante and the sky is the limit from there, directed/coordinated by Pascal Amanfo and produced by Venus Films (Abdul Sallam Mumuni).
