The producer cum artiste, Magnom stated that he doesn’t believe in juju stuff.

Sensational soul singer, eShun somewhere last week in an interview posited that most Ghanaian musicians seek spiritual backing or better still ‘juju‘ to fuel their popularity in the music industry.

According to eShun, a Mallam once requested for her pubic hair for rituals in order to produce hit songs. Besides, artistes like Adu Patrick, Tinny, Flowking Stone, et al. have all voiced that ‘juju’ is real in Ghana music industry.

But renowned producer cum artiste, Magnom has refuted claims that using ‘juju’ has what it takes to help an artiste produce hit songs. To him, if ‘juju’ or whatsoever works as communicated by eShun, then everyone can get up and ride on ‘juju’ to make a hit song.

‘I don’t believe in that juju stuff to champion a hit song otherwise everyone could get up and consult a juju man or better still Mallam for hit songs.’

Magnom who produced Sarkodie’s ‘illuminati’ hit song added that a lot goes into the production of a hit song. According to him, music in itself is a bit complicated but you can’t downplay the effort of the artiste.

Magnom, real name Joseph Bulley, is a Ghanaian music producer, whose productions are usually a fusion of other genres with Afro Beats. Magnom has produced a lot of hit songs like Edem’s ‘Nyedzilo’, Asem’s ‘Wasted’, Sarkodie’s ‘Illuminati,’ and many more.

Management of the popular teenage actress, Silvanus Records, has set up a place in Germany to penetrate the international market.

Their new office was opened in Germany last Tuesday 5th July 2018, a move which will see Maame Serwaa gain more International recognition after her recent documentary with the BBC where she talked about her career, Charity in Ghana and others subject matters.

The documentary was shot in Ghana after a crew from BBC UK paid a visit to the actress in Ghana. As part of the contract stated above, the young star was soaked with a huge sum of money, a luxurious house in one of Accra most expensive cities and a car to ride in order to support her movement.

The internationally celebrated gospel musician, Obaapa Christy wants to collaborate with Stonebwoy and Sarkodie.

Obaapa Chirsty stated that, being a gospel music does not necessarily mean she has to abstain totally from ‘secular’ music. Adding that, not all secular songs are vulgar with cursed words.

‘Apart from gospel, I sometimes listen to other genres. I used to fuse some of Samini’s lines into my songs when performing on stage because they were amazing, they made the songs more enjoyable. Especially those reggae rhythm kind of thing. Most of the songs are too vulgar so I can’t listen but some of them are relatable because they are about life in general. Stonebwoy’s performance and songs are amazing. I’d really like to collaborate with Sarkodie and Stonebwoy on my next album.’

The controversial social commentator, Counselor George Lutterodt stated that Sarkodie doesn’t need to be tied down by one woman.

He believes it will be better for celebrities to practice polygamy or remain single. The popular radio presenter, Pope Skinny says he hasn’t earn enough from Kasahari although a rap show on Adom Fm that has produced several known artistes in Ghana.

In an interview with Kwame Bee on Di Wu Lane Mu show, the leader of the Asuoden Empire said his eight years on radio is enough so has taken a long break from radio because he is not seeing results and cannot boast of any properties. According to Pope Skinny, he can’t boast of a car or a house after many years on radio.

‘As a youth, you can’t be doing something for a very long time without seeing results. I’ve been on radio for Eight years, I can’t boast of a house or a car I bought with what I earned from radio. If it was Sakawa I was doing, I would have accomplished a lot after Eight years.’

The Asuoden ‘God’ also disclosed that he would make a comeback to radio soon.

The internationally celebrated gospel musician, Joyce Blessing reacted on ‘baby stealing’ issue.

Jullie Jay-Kanz, publicist for gospel musician has come out to debunk news that her artiste has been involved in a baby theft case.

According to a Facebook post made by the artiste’s publicist, she elucidated that the news was a misinformation by multimedia journalist Kofi Adoma Nwanwani and has nothing to do with the Zylofon Music gospel singer.

She posted:

‘We Have not Stolen any baby. Seen Some Stories Online That One Joyce Blessing Has Stolen A Baby From a Hospital. The News Has Nothing To Do With Gospel Musician Joyce Blessing. The Victim is actually a Nigerian who is also Called Joyce Blessing.’

The said victim who was involved in the baby theft case is one Nigerian house wife called Joyce Johnson who connived with a hospital cleaner to steal a baby and not Joyce Blessing.

In an interview with Joyce Blessing, the I Swerve You hit maker expressed disappointment in multimedia journalist Kofi Adoma Nwanwani for involving her name in such a news when he knows it has nothing to do with her and added that her management will release an official press statement to debunk the news.
