Amakye Dede and Samini from right
In the early hours of Friday, January 8, 2016, The African Dancehall King, Samini visited Ace highlife music artist, Amakye Dede at the Korle-Bu hospital in the Cardiothoracic Unit where he’s right now getting medical treatment after his terrible car accident.
The celebrated highlife music artist, Amakye Dede was extremely excited to see that Samini come through to visit him on the sick bed. He looked healthy and kept a grin while Samini arrived there.
The highlife musician was involved in a terrible car accident with his manager and bodyguard on New Year in the Eastern district on his way to perform.
Amakye Dede escaped death but his manager and journalist Isaac Yeboah died at the spot and Prince Mensah, his bodyguard sustained severe injuries.
