Gyedu Blay Ambolley, veteran Afro pop musician, whose mother passed away after he lost Musiga elections has disclosed that he will bury his late mother next month in Sekondi-Takoradi.
Talking to the journalists about how he’s feeling after his mother’s demise, the ‘Simigwadu’ originator said his mother, who was 92, was perfectly fine when she died, but he thinks God knows better.
As said by him, his late mother, Madam Alice Nyankey, has made him who he is today. “That’s sad, I had only one mother and thinking about all the things she has done for me in my entire life, I’m sad I lost her.”
“My mother made me the person I am today” he bemoaned. The funeral will take place between 12-13th Feb, 2016 in Takoradi. He wished his mother the best for her after-world journey.
