Management of young Ghanaian award winning actor, Abraham Attah has shut down critics who assert that he is not mature enough to be an ambassador for tourism in Ghana.
In their point of view, ambassadorship has nothing to do with age.
One member of the management, Mawuko Kuadzi compared the actor to the biblical David, who conquered the colossal warrior from Philistine, Goliath, adding that Attah can serve if made an ambassador regardless of his age.
In an exclusive interview, Kuadzi said they also got the news from the media sources and are waiting to receive an official letter from the Tourism Ministry about the appointment.
He added that management will properly check the terms of the contract to make sure whether it will be for the good of the young actor before taking any solid decision about it.
Mawuko Kuadzi also suggested that they did not tell Abraham Attah about the issue yet and explained that they will inform him after getting an official notification from the Ministry.
“Presently he is in school and we want him to focus on his education. We don’t want him to be disturbed,” he said.
