Justice Kloutse, one of Ghana’s rising video director and colorist has joined other industry players in their calls that Ghanaian musicians must take music videos seriously.
In a recent interview, the director of ‘Tasi’ music video for 2014 MTN Hitmaker Winner – Torgbe featuring Edem and Teephlow stated, “Many of the Ghanaian musicians need to be educated properly about the benefits of the music videos because they do not have the slightest idea about their benefits.”
He also stated that most of the musicians just want to copy others without even thinking about the messages in their tracks and the need to give people something new to appreciate.
Justice Kloutse who is at the moment working on some music videos for both upcoming and mainstream artists requested musicians and their managements to spend in music videos because they help artists in gaining success more than the audio does.
