Recently, the entertainment critic, Bandex real name Ahmed Banda, has blasted dancehall king, Shatta Wale and his new management team over the affirmed “profane” song, a few days after Shatta Wale dropped a controversial track titled ‘Wumaami Tw’.
As indicated by him, Shatta Wale’s management should have prevented him by dropping that controversial track, this is what a good management team does.
He said, ‘Whoever chooses to manage dancehall legend, Shatta Wale, ought to keep one thing in mind that there is a part of Shatta which is unmanageable’.
While speaking to the host, Kojo Preko Dankwa on Kasapa Entertainment, the Movie maker guaranteed Shatta Wale’s track which has made debate in the media could have been kept from being dropped by his new management team yet tragically they permitted ‘Wumaami Tw’ to circulate around the web. This can destroy Shatta’s reputation, so management should be careful.
He proceeded, if you are a manager and you deal with the artist doesn’t oversee just the song yet you have the responsibility to manage everything about the artist. However, with Shatta Wale who concedes such “controversial songs” win him the brand Shatta, you just deal with the track yet not him as a man, since he does whatever he wants’, Bandex said.
Bandex was certain that Shatta’s new management team would have protested against the track being dropped if he had discussed with them.
