Ghanaian dancehall Queen, Kaakie
As lyrical feuds have become major part of Ghanaian entertainment industry nowadays. All musicians are on the neck of fellow artists to get attention or better to say it has become a trend to diss on fellow musicians.
Ghanaian dancehall Queen, Kaakie has fired back at MzVee and EL by releasing a new banger, titled ‘Time Up’ after the two musicians worked together on a diss track, “Make I Shine” to blast Kaakie.
Sometimes ago, Xtra Large Music act released a controversial song “Sankwas” which according to music critics was a diss song on BET nominee, and after that MzVee dropped “Make I Shine” to hit back at the former.
When MzVee released “Make I Shine”, it was reported that Kaakie’s management promised to reply MzVee back within 12 hours but she took days to reply.
When asked by entertainment critics what is the reason behind this delay as according to the promise she should have released a song after few hours, the musician slammed artist of the year, EL describing as “Mummy’s boy”, she said did you remember EL’s latest song, ‘Talk Don’t Bother Me’ in which he shared his conversation with his mother.
