The actor who recently switched his career into pastor, Majid Michel unveiled that the most of people they called as leaders are skillfully exploiter.
‘Most people we call Leaders are basically professional manipulators, and they are really more fretful about their own promotion than promoting the people.’
He posted a message through his social media account. In his post he defined the meaning of real leader. For him one cannot be declared as leader if he only win the election.
‘Winning an election doesn’t mean you are a Leader. It means you are a politician. If you are intended as a pastor does not mean you can lead a church.’
In such climate, every artist is trying to get benefit by endorsing political parties. But Majid Michel seemed to be teaching a true meanings of leadership.
According to him, true leaders are more worried about determining a purpose to improve the life of humanity, that’s more significant than their personal desire. He sustained that leadership is not something that can be persuaded. He also wrote that if the followers did not know how to identify the good and effective leaders, then they will continue to have unevenness in such leadership.
