The legendary hip-life musician of Ghana, Dada K.D has claimed that he is continuously receiving the life threats.
The ‘Ene me nye’ hit-maker clarified that he is receiving life threats from the particular time when he openly endorsed the chairperson of leading opposition party, Nana Akufo-Addo.
In an interview the journalist asked him whether he was paid by the NPP flag bearer of NPP to help in his campaign, the controversial artist replied that:
‘How much will Nana wage me to leave my family from Germany, come down here and danger my life? I don’t want to talk about the things I’ve been going through since my ratification of Nana Akufo-Addo.’
He unveiled the reason that why he endorsed the NPP. He said he supported the opposition party due to the many failed potentials by the NDC government under the guidance of President John Dramani Mahama.
It is not for the first time that any artist is complaining such thing. Earlier such news was reported by reliable sources that ‘Celebrities for Mahama’ received life threats.
This year many artists openly declared their support for political parties. Names of some artists who endorsed NPP are Kwabena Kwabena, Appietus, Socrates Sarfo and A-Plus.
