The dance-hall commando, Shatta Wale appealed that the youth of Ghana should not shed the blood in duration of general elections because particular brutal act didn’t worth.
He hoped that he will meet the two ‘Heavy Weigh’ leaders of chief parties of the state. He also revealed the reason behind his wish. He said he will meet President John Mahama and Nana Akufo-Addo to pledge to a peaceful election and to tell them to protect them instead of plummeting the country into chaos.
‘I want to meet both at one show. It’s a plus to see my president and the opposition using my tracks to crusade. I need a platform for people to see that these people are at amity and not at war.’
He indicated that Ghana lies their hands. He uttered election is great time for Ghana and a blessing to use their wisdom and knowledge for the improvement of the West African nation.
While delivering his view about elections he said elections are about excavating the democracy of the country, and also choosing the right leaders to rule the nation hence the need to approach the polls with circumspection.
Once again he clarified that he is not endorsing any political party incoming elections of 2016.
