One of the most Controversial Ghanaian rapper, Kwaw Kese was charged with narcotic offenses and has been sentenced to a day’s imprisonment.

Along with one day prisoned, he will also have to pay a fine of GHc1,200.
According to the Kumasi High Court, the rapper has been allegedly smoking cannabis in public in Kumasi on November 22, 2014 – but it took months to decide the punishment for the Ghanaian rapper.
According to the Judge William Boampong, Kwaw Kese will spend a day in prison and will pay the fine, and if he fails to, then he has to live there for three years with hard labour.
The rapper and his manager have already paid the fine, and the rapper is in the jail serving his punishment on Thursday and will be released by authorities early Friday morning.
