Afia Schwarzenegger is a popular TV personality, who has requested to the honorable President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to halt the forthcoming 60th Independence Day celebration.
According to her, Ghana will be celebrating poorness as 60th year journey as a country has nothing to display – There are “no jobs for the youth in the country; schools are still under trees; power crises are also found here and I think Ghana should bow her head in the shame in spite of celebrating it”.
“Dear Mr. President, a few days after my birthday, Ghana will be 60 and I will be turning 35 years old this year. Looking at my own 35 years achievements which I started with zero and 60 years healthy mother who had it all, but took to throw away”
“A mother who can’t boast of a strong relationship with electricity and water in this modern age?” she asked the question in her Instagram post.
