Medikal at VGMA
The young and talented musician, Medikal at last broke silence on losing seven awards at 2017 VGMA.
Critics are dragging him social media for not receiving even a single award at the VGMAs 2017 that came to an end at the Conference Centre in Accra on 8th April, 2017. The major twist came in story after Ghanaian musical players had also highlighted such issue on social media.
The popular music producer, Hammer sympathizes with Samuel Frimpong Popular known as Medikal for this Charter house goof. His words are mention as below:
‘7 nominations and no awards is deliberate humiliation. Not cool.’
Others too had massive fun making fun and teasing the “Too Risky” hit-maker for his lose. Well, the Arab Money Gang rapper has spoken finally. He took his social media account; first of all he thanked his fans who voted for him prior to the awards night.
His official statement is present as below:
‘Shout out to everybody that voted. Forget everybody. God knows why things happened the way it did.’
Medikal was one of the many artistes who were tipped to win many awards especially new artiste of the year. But to the surprise of many, he could not win at least one of the seven categories he was nominated in.
