Pretty doll Wendy Ruwiza made the Zimbabwean pompous as she was crowned Miss Africa Perth 2015 in Australia in the van of a sophisticated crowd from all over the globe.She outshined a flock of African splendors including her colleague Zimbabwean Sakhile Ndlovu when she spooned the prestigious title of Miss Africa Perth (MAP).
The Vigorous model strolled with a trophy, $1 000 cash and other rewards valued over $3 000.
Wendy gave an adoring speech on the occasion and said that she desires to become a practical social worker and want to help young women of assorted backgrounds in accomplishing their aspirations.
“I am speechless and happy to have won this title and as a Bachelor of Social Work student I shall use this platform to help young women who come from diverse locales that have been upset or consider that they are not value anything comprehend and know their worth,” she said.
The shy yet full of confidence model Wendy is always in a cheery with presenting her firm craze for serving people.
“I am really kind-hearted and smiling. I care for helping people in any way or form. I am extremely family-oriented and my family is my life,” she said.
The new Miss Africa articulated her gratefulness and was wordless for winning such a title of high esteem. Miss Africa Perth (MAP) is a yearly competition that gives young ladies an opening to prove their African birthright that is culture, fashion, tradition, music, art and beauty.
The MAP participators were chosen from across Africa including Zambia, Liberia, Somalia, Rwanda, Ghana and South Africa.
The extrovert Miss Africa Perth was also a Zimbabwean, Nyasha Kunaka, who has been an ideal to the young Zimbabwean women living in the Diaspora. The title win proves that Zimbabwean has got all the beauty and brains for winning two consecutive years and making nation proud.
