To identify, encourage and endorse the treasure of fashion flair inside West Africa, the West African Fashion Awards (WAFA) 2016 nomination are now taking impulse as the Top Brand and Fashion celebrities of the West African Fashion Industry are intensely signifying their entrants for the WAFA-16 Awards.
The 2016 version of the WAFA will provide scope to the emerging fashion brands for depiction in all West African countries. Mr. Adewole Olanrewaju, the president of the West African Fashion Awards, specified that the nomination commission headed by the nomination coordinator will pick two nominees each from Nigeria and Ghana tallying 4 that will head the nomination commission in their relevant countries whereas the other west African countries acquires one nomination head apiece.

However, it is worth mentioning that the cutoff date for entries to the West African Fashion Awards is July 5, 2015 and the list of the nominee for WAFA-16 will be announced on August 25, 2015 after in-depth investigation on all nominated entities.
