Ghanaian numerous awards winning dancehall act, Shatta Wale has revealed that underground artists who want to be successful like him should definitely follow the Shatta movement path as it is the only way to make their dreams come true, in the music industry. He also warned the dancehall artists who try to beat him by saying that he is the best and the rest is useless.
While speaking exclusively at the host Pop Skinny, the ‘Kakai’ hitmaker said, he has the ticket to the Heaven of Dancehall so the underground artists ought to stop tossing lyrical shots at him and rather focus on making themselves better.
He said, ‘However, to be very honest, the upcoming dancehall artists are trying their best to beat me. Rather they need to follow my path. You know, I have the Ticket to Dancehall’s heaven. If they don’t ask and take after my path, or come and take after the Shatta movement path, they will never get succeeded in releasing the hit songs’.
Shatta Wale included, ‘I started from zero. I have been ten years underground. I have high level of patience, which is the main key. I am a trickster in my path. When I see youth who have patience I help them to do well. They should be patient and they will shoot up at the end of the day’.
