Ghanaian well-known radio presenter and artist, Nana Yaw Oduro popularly known as Trigmatic in the showbiz world has talked about his hard journey in the music career. He also uncovered ‘behind the scene’ of his smash hit song ‘No one Knows Tomorrow’.
The rapper was exclusively interviewed by the host Lexis Bill on Drivetime, where he expressed that the main reason behind why his song topped music charts is because of the severe financial challenges that he was suffering from those days.
He said, ‘I have been down and out. It was in the stage where you heard songs like ‘Nobody Knows Tomorrow’. I composed that single, when I was underground and nothing was truly happening. Sometimes you have great ideas which got the power to change everything but people don’t see it since you have no cash to back it’.
Trigmatic also revealed that he did a lot of insane things when he used to be broke like walking all the way from work to his home. He included that there were times he wanted to commit suicide and end everything because of the frustration he was experiencing.
‘I’ve gone hungry, there were times where I’ve walked all the way from my work station to Circle, from Circle to Dansoman; and I do that each Saturday. There have been times you need to eat what you shouldn’t eat’.
