Samini and Shatta Wale
Emmanuel Andrews Samini is popularly known by his showbiz name Samini .He is a Ghanaian Reggae and dancehall recording artiste from WA, Ghana.
Shatta Wale performed some songs of Samini during a street festival on OSU dubbed’s show and Samini stated that he does not have any issue with what Shatta.
Simini was talking this in an interview with media people.
He further stated that in my opinion, it is not a big deal for somebody to perform my songs. He further stated that I mean, when you take a look at this musical actuality show on TV, the competitors do the alike thing. So I do not see the something wrong with that.
He described that “If anyone selects to entertain his or her viewers because his or her songs are doing well and are loved by the people, for myself, it is not a big deal. It is even a respect for someone to even sing his song on his or her stage. This will only be ended if you have done a good job.
Had it not been so, I am not sure the person will do it in the first place during the original edition of the biggest street festival, So Performance which came off on the busy commercial Oxford street in Osu, Accra, Shatta Wale performed songs of Samini to verify to Ghanaians that they are all one people.
He also declares that it is not a big deal and I am not angry with Shatta Wale.
