Sarkodie and his team at Tamale
Michael Owusu Addo, known by his stage name Sarkodie is a Ghanaian hip hop and hiplife recording artist from Tema.
Sarkodie is one of the upcoming singer from Ghana. He has battled more than 15 MC’s on the award winning show called Kasahare on Radio.
It will be difficult for you to believe this, but conferring to a report by one Iddi from Northern Region that, Sarkodie’s Mary album signing session did not go fine.
Iddi was in Accra on Sunday afternoon to give a deprived of what takes place in Tamale when Sarkodie hosted his “Mary” album signing at the Discovery Hotel.
The report says that, less than 100 people were at the hotel to really purchase the album.
Sarkodie won the Best International Act; Africa category at the 2012 BET Awards and was nominated in the same category at the 2014 BET Awards……
He has worked with Hammer, Quick Action, Kewah, Nana Fynn, 2Tuff, Jayso.He quotes, “I like to work with beat creators who don’t just play the beats but create them.”
Some of his songs are Politics, Baby, Altar, My wife, Yahu mo, Style no, I’m so hood, etc.
