Ruff N Smooth with Guru
Ruff and Smooth have expressed categorically that they are bigger than a Ghanaian hiplife singer, Guru in terms of good music and taking Ghana music far away.
Their announcement follows a new argument between them and Guru about their worldwide hit song, “Send Your Fire” which has trapped the attention of all music fans.
Speaking on radio station, on their entertainment show last Saturday with the host, Bullet of Ruff and smooth supposed to talk about them and Guru who is a hit in music, they are far in advance the Guru.
He further stated that Guru is around telling Ghanaians that they (Ruff and Smooth) want to spoil his image.
They further expressed that God has already awarded us, but he wants to tell us that it’s through him that our music has come this far. Meanwhile, you, Guru, we are greater than you. I can say that on ability.
Speaking about the sum of money they are wanted from the Guru in their sue is $20000 and not $10000 as in the public area.
The cash we are demanding from him is $20000 and not $10000 as you have already made out. Because the amount we have lost here is $20000.
Although we had already got half of the money per the terms in the contract. Now we’re going and pay the money to the directors since they have cancelled the agreement because of what Guru has done.
And don’t remember that we have already used the money so where are we going to take this money from. This time that everyone desires active in Ghana here and you want to take away our daily bread. No problem what, Guru has to give the money, he should stop the cliffs that he’s making.
Guru recently had a concert in Gabon which he performed a song by which he was included on by Ruff and Smooth, “Send Your Fire”.
Ruff and Smooth expressed that, he was informed by them earlier before the show not to perform the song since they have a comparable show which they are to perform that same song.
According to Ruff and Smooth, they have had their contract lost because the organizers are saying Guru has performed the song in Gabon so they can’t carry on the deal.This has made Ruff and smooth irritating to take legal action against the Guru, demanding $20000 from him.
