Ghanaian actress Juliet Ibrahim in a fresh interview declares that she is no longer involved in settling down with an African man.
Juliet Ibrahim, whose marriage with Kwadwo Safo collided a few years ago publicized that she has African suitors, but she does not feel relaxed settling with any of them.
The award winning actress states that she struggles with African men because of their African attitude. The mentality according to her holds them back from going to a public figure.
The mother of one disclosed that sometimes it is the family and friends of a suitor that become difficult.
The actress expressed that friends of these men, even jump into the equation—hastily labeling all actresses as wh*res built on what they’ve read online. And some of the men I have come across actually get cold feet because of such baseless theories.
According to the actress, she is not over, seeing a black man as long as she can find one who understands her profession and lifestyle.
For me, it’s not about the matter of colour of a man’s skin but his mind. The intention why I think a white man will work for me is because their mindset fits my lifestyle and my career. But if I meet a black man who stands well with my wishes and expectations, I will jump for it.
