Beauty and the Beast did a record business in its opening weekend by taking $350m (£282m) from round the world.

The film have broken previous records by toking only $170m (£137m) from North American box offices alone.
Its biggest ever PG-rated film and come to seventh best opening overall.
Film can be easily outsold the rest of 10 combined-kong Skull Island was its nearest competitor, taking $28.9m (£23.3m) in his second week.

Beauty and the Beast marks Disney’s best ever movie as at its opening by beating Cinderella ,The Alice in Wonderland, and Jungle Book.
In the UK, the film earned £18.4m – the fifth biggest opening weekend ever.
