Musician Kobby Simple has the credits of the recent track ‘Adiza’ which is getting a lot of radio airplay titled.
The recently released single has made genre confusion among critics on radio and that has enforced the singer to come out publicly to explain a few things.
The singer who is signed under Highly Spiritual music label run by award winning sound engineer Kaywa revealed that his song is a contemporary Hi-life song and should be placed in that particular genre.
He told it’s clearly a contemporary hi-life song thus he does not get why some entertainment critics are having genre confusion with the track.
“I have been asked some times to label the song under a specific genre, and I think it should not be like that so therefore I will start a radio program to make people understand the song,” Simple added.
For fans who haven’t listened to Kobby Simple’s track ‘Adiza’, it is the first ever song in which award winning rapper; Sarkodie did his verse in three different local languages Twi, Ewe and Ga.
