Ghanaian dancehall artist, stonebwoy
Enthusiasts and supporters of both Ghanaian dancehall acts, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy have been putting high pressure on their artists to arise with an outclass song together however without much of any result.
In a Facebook chit chat with his fans, when one asked whether this is on account of from an assumed beef that is the reason they simply would prefer not to hit the studio and work together on a track, Stonebwoy said there is no beef or at all by any stretch of the imagination.
He replied, ‘No beef with Shatta Wale at all, the collaboration will happen soon’.
When asked to recognize a Jamaican dancehall and an afro-dancehall, he said, ‘The beat and cadence should dependably be vibrant and the style of the artist provides some insight into what the artist is alluding to… the difference stays at the use of African dialect and style separates and distinguish between the two’.
On why he chose to be doing a live band performance and not emulating like other dancehall acts, he uncovered that it’s a result of branding, and that he wants to explore something new.
